Return Policy
Noa Noa has a no return, exchange only policy. If you’re not satisfied with items you have purchased, simply return tagged items to Noa Noa in its original packaging, in an unwashed and unused condition within 21 days of the shipment date and we’ll be happy to make an exchange. Sales and shipping are non-refundable and FINAL on accessories, bags and jewelry. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Sales Tax
Hawaii residents will have to pay Hawaii sales tax on all orders. No Hawaii sales tax on orders shipped to the continental United States or on orders sent to international locations.
Care Instructions
We recommend machine washing using detergents without bleach. Do not use soaking solutions or any other fabric softener. Machine or line dry.
